Soup

White Christmas Chili - A festive White Chili with Turkey and Vegetables to warm up the holiday.

Salad

Winter Chicory salad with Kumquats and Date Dressing - A bed of Endive Leaves, Arugula, Baby Kale, Parsley, and Mint Leaves. Filled with Kumquats and Pitted Dates. Flavored with a Kumquat and Date Dressing. Garnished with Salted Pistachios and Shredded Parmesan Cheese.

Appetizer

Stuffed Mushrooms with Garlic Cream Sauce - 3 Mushrooms stuffed with Lump Crab, Cream Cheese, Parmesan, with Herbs and Spices, along with Creamy Garlic Sauce.

Entree

Beef Wellington with Red Wine Demi-Glaze - Roasted Fingerling Potatoes flambeed in Rum with Basil and Bell Peppers, and Weltered Greens.

Dessert

Bananas Foster Cheesecake - New York style Vanilla Cheesecake topped with Spiced Rum Caramel, Banana halves, and Pecans. Served with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
