You are invited to the next installment of our Themed Dinner Series, featuring a delightful five-course menu (available below) that celebrates the flavors of our region paired with carefully selected wines by our fantastic culinary team & sommelier, Dr. Beth Dailey (WSET Level 3). This culinary journey has been passionately designed and prepared by our dedicated culinary team, and the event is sure to be an exquisite dining experience.

Tickets are available for $85 per person, or overnight packages for this event start at only $189, or $274 per couple.

STARTER: Asian Sesame Ribs with dipping sauce and wonton chips (Paired with Astrolabe Pinot Gris, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2022)
SALAD: Caprese Salad - fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes and roasted red peppers, with balsamic vinegar tossed with mixed greens (Paired with Astrolabe Pinot Gris, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2022)
APPETIZER: Prawns, bacon wrapped with herb butter cheese, rosemary and thyme (Paired with Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2022)
ENTREE: Chicken Saltimbocca, pan seared chicken topped with wild mushrooms, prosciutto and goat cheese, served with roasted garlic mashed and heirloom carrots (Paired with Craggy Range "Te Kahu" Bordeaux Blend, Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, 2021)
